You can decide to have your session in person or online via Zoom, depending on which option is most convenient for you. Numerous studies have examined the effectiveness of online therapy, consistently demonstrating that it is an effective, convenient, and practical option and as effective as face-to-face therapy for a range of mental health conditions.

I’ll be by your side every step of the way to support you as you transform your life. I’ll be helping you to learn the skills and techniques you need and showing you how to put them into practice in your life.

I’ll be giving you all the resources you need along the way. I provide you with the information, worksheets, and exercises you need to fast-track your progress.

I will provide you with a recording of the hypnosis we do together in each session. You can download it onto your phone or laptop and listen to it time and time again in the comfort of your own home.

I recommend booking a block of four sessions rather than a single session. Working together over several sessions allows us to build momentum, deepens the therapeutic process, and provides enough time to address issues thoroughly. Consistent support and gradual progress are key to achieving lasting results, and this approach also helps you integrate new strategies between sessions for continued improvement. Most clients find they experience more meaningful transformation when committing to a block of sessions
